Normally I have been drinking green tea over the years and decided I wanted a change and try something different similar to green tea and a kick of caffeine in it. I was doing some research on clean brands companies of yerba mate and had tried Anna Park organic yerba mate . It was not too bad and felt like trying a different brand. I came across Drinkkatu and read good reviews and decided to give it a try. After opening the resealable bag , it had a very nice uplifting Herby nutty aroma and freshness to it. Taste wise it was very nice . I felt after very alert , energised during the day as well. Overall I'm very pleased with this unroasted yerba mate and feels like there has been alot of love gone into it. Highly recommend trying this unroasted yerba mate you will enjoy it very much as I am doing over my regular cups of green tea.

I usually drink mate in the morning, and now weather is changing I enjoy it even more. I like this yerba in particular because of how good it taste from the first sip. It is a very clean blend, it barely has any dust making it super easy to drink from the very beginning and it hydrates very quickly so you get that wonderful little foam on the top. I love it and I am almost done with my first order so Ill go ahead and put myself on a subscription because I plan on drinking this every morning. It gives me just enough energy to start my day well hydrated and feeling hungry for a healthy breakfast.

Absolutely the most authentic taste, and extremely delicious… brings back memories of having it in my country Chile, during winter months with my grandmother.. a ritual to keep warm.. I was there until 13 years old… then, coming to live in California.. we bought it at the Argentine market.. but the quality of Katu surpasses all other brands I’ve tried.. looking more leafy like all quality teas are processed.. I’m a tea connoisseur.. having been brought up with tea time daily during afternoon hours..
